Well-known artist and designer, Hasie & The Robots has launched a cycling clothing range that includes short-sleeve jerseys, long-sleeve trail jerseys and socks.
Hasie & The Robots is a proudly South African brand, created and owned by artist and designer, Johan Johnston, aka Hasie. Fueled by his zeal for artistry and animation, Johan breathes life into his work with every brushstroke and doesn’t shy away from scale either. “I’m fascinated by scale as a design concept. His work ranges from the most intricate line-art illustrations to sizeable, bold technicolor murals."
With more than 15 years experience in the cycling and creative design industries, Hasie & The Robots has enjoyed collaboration alongside international brands such as Assos of Switzerland, Demerbox, and All Mountain Style. Johan carries his work across assorted mediums and has most recently teamed up with Cape Town favorite, Vye Cycle Kit, to produce the first-ever locally made Hasie & The Robots cycling kit.
